Phillip Masterman, BA (Hons), BArch
Phillip is an experienced architect who has spent 26 years in private practice, the last 20 as the principal of Masterman Architects. He has worked on a wide variety of private residential, commercial and Local Authority projects and has extensive experience in obtaining planning consents for buildings in conservation areas, listed buildings and high-end residential projects.
Between 2003 and 2012, Phillip worked in association with David Franklin, of Franklin Associates, on a number of top-end residential projects for private clients in London and the Home Counties, providing unique bespoke buildings including leisure and entertainment facilities. From 2008 to 2012, Phillip was contracted by Witanhurst Construction Management Ltd as site architect in the design and construction of Grade 2 listed Witanhurst House in Highgate, North London. With a contract value of over £100m, this involved working closely with Adam Architecture, Michael Barclay Partnership Consulting Engineers and Gabhan O’Keeffe Architectural & Interior Design. |
Kenneth Paterson, BA (Hons), BArch, DipArch, MSc
Kenneth qualified from the Mackintosh School of Architecture in 1996 and immediately undertook an MSc degree in CABD. He then worked with Murray Design Group and subsequently on a number of other architectural appointments linking 2D CAD draughting with 3D modelling, visualization, animation, image editing and manipulation, and the compiling of presentations for all RIBA work stages from initial concept through sketch design to completed design sign-off and preparation of production information packages.
Kenneth has worked as a senior architect on a variety of successful projects including mixed-use residential, bespoke high-end residential, healthcare, education and sports/leisure, in a number of practices in Glasgow, Dublin, San Francisco and London. He also worked, until 2013, as a member of the project architectural team on the design and construction of Witanhurst House in Highgate, North London. |
